Classes and Services

Private Ayurveda Consultation

The initial consultation is always free! Here, I will give an in-depth questionnaire, as well as physical observation/assessment, to establish medical history and current health status. From here, I will tailor an individualized treatment plan and lifestyle guide to achieve optimal health and wellness. Follow-ups will assess progress, and plans will be modified according to personal goals and needs.

Private Yoga Session

In a private yoga session, you will fill out a short questionnaire prior to your appointment detailing any personal goals, physical limitations, and health conditions, and I will tailor a class specifically for you! I can simply guide you through an individualized session, or we can make a plan for regular meetings, track your progress, and adjust accordingly along the way for long-term treatment. I will guide you through a full session as well as give you a few simple things to work on at home between sessions!

Group Yoga Class

Have a small or large group looking for a general or specalized yoga class? Book a group session for lower rates per participant!

Meditation & Nidra

Meditation and Yoga Nidra sessions can both be done as an individual or group.

Meditations typically incorporate some kind of pranayama and can be done seated or lying down, depending on preference. There are many different ways to practice meditation, and we will determine what’s best for you at booking.

Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restorative guided relaxation practice. Unlike traditional yoga, it doesn’t involve physical postures. Instead, you lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and are gently guided through breath awareness, body scans, and visualization techniques. Your body rests deeply while your mind hovers between wakefulness and sleep — a powerful state where healing and transformation can occur.

In just 30–45 minutes of practice, Yoga Nidra can give you the equivalent rest of several hours of deep sleep. It’s the perfect practice if you’re looking for stress relief, better energy, or simply a reset in the middle of a busy life.

Reiki

Reiki is a gentle healing practice that restores balance and harmony to your whole being. Through light touch or hands held just above the body, Reiki works with your natural energy flow to release blockages, reduce stress, and support healing on every level.

Benefits include deep relaxation, stress relief, natural healing of the body, and reduction of pain, fatigue, and tension. It promotes emotional balance and inner peace, strengthens clarity, intuition, and focus, and is safe and complementary to all lifestyles and belief systems.

Ayurvedic Dermatology and Tricology + Face Yoga

Ayurvedic dermatology and trichology uses ancient principles of Ayurveda to restore balance to the skin and hair from the inside out. By identifying your unique dosha (mind-body type), treatments focus on natural herbs, oils, diet, and lifestyle practices to address concerns like acne, eczema, pigmentation, premature aging, dandruff, hair loss, and more!

Face yoga is a series of exercises, massage, and breathing techniques that tone the facial muscles, improve circulation, and release tension. It’s like a natural facelift that also promotes relaxation and glow.

Breathwork & Pranayama

Through specific breathing techniques, pranayama aims to balance the flow of energy in the body, calm the mind, and prepare practitioners for meditation and spiritual growth.

Breathwork, as it is commonly practiced today, draws inspiration from pranayama but is often adapted for contemporary wellness, psychology, and healing. Instead of focusing only on energy flow and meditation, modern breathwork often aims to release stored emotions, trauma, and stress while creating heightened states of awareness.

Sound Healing

Sound healing can be done as an individual, private session or in group settings as well.

Sound healing is a relaxation and energy-balancing practice that uses instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, or gongs. As you lie back, the vibrations and frequencies move through your body, helping to calm the mind, release stress, and restore balance. Many people find it helps them sleep better, feel lighter emotionally, and experience a deep sense of peace and clarity. It’s gentle, effortless, and accessible to everyone — you just let the sound do the work.

I offer a range of specialized yoga classes in both private and group options.

Senior Yoga

Senior yoga is typically performed seated or with the aid of a chair. Poses are modified for different ability levels to restore mobility and quality of life.

Yoga for Palliative Care

Palliative Care can be utilized by patients and caregivers alike to help restore and maintain the highest quality of life, promote peace, and heal tired spirits. Palliative Care is not about adding days to a person’s life but adding life back into those days. It’s all about finding the ability to enjoy and cherish every moment.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is sometimes called the “yoga of awareness” because it focuses on awakening inner potential rather than only physical fitness. It’s both a spiritual practice and a holistic wellness tool. Kundalini Yoga is a powerful form of yoga that focuses on awakening the kundalini energy—a dormant spiritual energy at the base of the spine. In Sanskrit, kundalini literally means “coiled one,” symbolizing potential energy waiting to rise.

Through a combination of physical postures (asanas), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and chanting (mantras), Kundalini Yoga aims to activate this energy and guide it upward through the chakras, the body’s energy centers, ultimately leading to higher consciousness, self-awareness, and spiritual awakening.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter Yoga is a unique wellness practice that combines intentional laughter exercises with yogic breathing (pranayama). It was developed with the understanding that the body cannot distinguish between genuine and simulated laughter—both bring real physical and emotional benefits.

The emphasis is on playfulness, joy, and community, rather than traditional yoga postures.

Benefits of Laughter Yoga include physical benefits, such as reduced stress hormones and blood pressure, strengthened immune system, boosted oxygen flow to the lungs and cells, relaxed muscles and release of tension. Mental emotional benefits include elevated mood and combating of anxiety or depression, enhanced resilience and emotional well-being, improved social connection and group bonding, and increased creativity and positive thinking.

Laughter Yoga is a fun, accessible, and immediate way to improve physical, emotional, and mental health, making it suitable for people of all ages.

Yoga for Pain Resilience

Yoga can be used to build pain resilience by combining specialized movement, breath, and mindfulness. It strengthens muscles, improves flexibility, and supports posture, while breathwork and meditation calm the nervous system and reduce pain perception. By increasing body awareness and emotional regulation, yoga helps manage discomfort with ease, release tension, and even rewire how the brain experiences pain. Regular practice fosters physical strength, mental clarity, and a sense of empowerment, allowing the body and mind to handle pain more effectively.

Before your session, we will identify the type and location of pain, and poses will be specifically curated based on individual needs.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga is a gentle, supportive form of yoga specifically designed for pregnant individuals. It focuses on preparing the body and mind for pregnancy, childbirth, and postnatal recovery. Classes adapt traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation methods to be safe and effective during each trimester.

Prenatal Yoga emphasizes safe physical postures (asanas) to strengthen muscles used in pregnancy and labor. Breathwork (pranayama) is incorporated to improve relaxation and oxygen flow. Meditation and mindfulness help to reduce stress and enhance emotional balance. Focus on pelvic floor and core strengthening is necessary to support labor and recovery.

Yin/Yang Yoga

Yin Yang Yoga is a balanced practice that combines two complementary styles. Yang Yoga is active, dynamic, and strength-focused. Think traditional yoga flows like Vinyasa, which build heat, flexibility, and muscle strength. Yin Yoga is slow, passive, and deep-stretch focused. Poses are held for several minutes to stretch connective tissues, release tension, and calm the nervous system.

By combining Yin and Yang in one practice, you get the benefits of both movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, energy and relaxation.
